Booking tours and excursions in St Petersburg

1. Send a tour request. For cruise travelers we recommend you to make your reservation no later than two weeks prior to the start of your tour
2. Receive our confirmation.
3. For cruise passengers need info the personal details: passport names, passport number, date of birth, citizenship.
4. For cruise passengers receive a “Tour Ticket” (Voucher) and print it out. It is be on each passenger, including children.

PAYMENT

• Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) 
• Cash by the end of your tour (only clean banknotes)
• Bank transfer by invoice. If payment sent by a bank transfer, all bank charges will be paid by the client

CANCELATION & REFUND POLICY

• There is no cancellation fee for cruise passengers 
• Cost of folklore, theatre & train tickets is not refundable.
